Jose was great.
I took my 2019 Kicks in for a problem with the air conditioning. In the Florida heat it is a necessity. I was told the parts had to be ordered and it would be 4 business days. They were supposed to call me when the parts arrived. A week later I called to find out, they forgot to order the parts. But that they had called around to other local dealerships and parts places and found the parts. (Why did they not do that originally?)
