I liked my experience. Been here many times with my 2005 Pathfinder but came here with my new 2024 Pathfinder. I had a horrible experience with the sales department I had to go somewhere else to buy my Pathfinder (see my review on other page). I am glad that the service department treated me better and honored my Nissan Security Plus service package I got from another dealership. Belle is very knowledgeable and a huge asset to this Nissan Dealership. She give us great comfort when we take our cars in for service.
I tried to schedule a service appointment for my platinum armada. The sales department texted me at 803am the very next morning and then called me at 9 am..57 minutes later.. to offer tradeins and such nonsense upgrades (is there an upgrade to heated AND and cooled (a/c) leather seats?) to one of the most expensive models they offer. Such high pressure i would question whether this service department repairs recommended are actually needed. Bad move. Very dishonest approach to new customers.
