I had a appointment this pass Tuesday, and was seen right away once they opened. Everyone was friendly. I got a few things done and was in and out. No more than 3 hours wait time. My name is Candy and I usually go to the Marietta location, which is awesome as well, but this location wait time was less and the employees was more personable. Lamar, Trent, Blanca and the technician Raoul was wonderful. Thank you guys!

I had a disappointing experience when I called this dealership. The person who answered the phone greeted me by loudly saying, “TOWN CENTER NISSAN, HOW CAN I DIRECT YOU?” in a tone that felt abrupt rather than welcoming. When I politely asked to be connected to the service department, she repeated herself in a rude and dismissive way instead of assisting me.
