Horrible customer service!!! They have no care at all to their customers despite being a long standing customer, what is worse is they are DECEIVING their customers. It's been 4 months now since my complain and up to this time, despite of several attempts and having brought the attention to the NISSAN company, NO RESPONSE at all! Not sure why NiSSAN still have their trust in them. DO NOT get any car in this branch.

Terrible service. They charged me 78.00 for a front license plate bracket. They offered to install it. The staff member installed it upside down but I had to point that out to him. He then turned it the correct way but had to drill extra holes in my grill. I mentioned that there were extra holes in my grill now. His response was yeah but I could have had it installed by the service department for 90.00. To avoid unexpected charges, do not buy a car here. After purchasing my vehicle from this dealership, I was charged nearly $1000 for a non-ICBC insurance policy that was sold to me right in the store. Because I trusted the dealership and no one informed me that it wasn’t ICBC insurance, I went ahead and paid the amount.
