I had a great experience with Yogesh Prasad at the Nissan Service Center. I called in with an urgent issue, and he was able to give me a same-day appointment, which I really appreciated. He took the time to explain the issue with my car clearly and thoroughly, making sure I understood what was going on and what needed to be done. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable — highly recommend!
I bought a used car from this dealership this winter based on an advertisement I found on Autotrader. The car unfortunately did not come as advertised, as the dealership claimed that the car had working A/C, though we now realize as the weather got hotter, that it did not. The sales team has decided that the A/C stopped working after they sold us the car and won't be helping us out.
