This was the first time I visited the new location when I had a battery issue with my 2018 Altima. The parking is a bit cramped when I arrived, but was not an issue since the car was quickly moved into garage. Arturo checked me in and handled my case. I needed my battery replaced. He was very helpful and quick. I was waiting for about 2 hours, which was sort of long, but was able to work on my laptop. Loving the new location: closer to Redmond making it more convenient for me at least.
While construction makes it difficult to get into the dealership at this time nonetheless the service department is friendly and efficient. Gianina was the service advisor and she was conscientious to keep me informed. Work was done well at a reasonable cost.
