I recently got an oil change at Lee Johnson Nissan in Kirkland. No complaints there. But the multi-point inspection resulted in a recommendation to replace both rear shocks as they are both leaking ($830+fees and tax). I took the car to a highly rated shop for confirmation and estimate. Turns out there are no leaks whatsoever, with pictures to prove it! I won't be back.
Great experience with this service place. The best I've had from a dealership. Arturo is very friendly and efficient to deal with.
Not much parking space
Service was great, but they upsell and then charge 3% if you use a credit card. Was unaware of this. Didn't see a sign, and wasn't asked about payment method when I said OK. Went in for an oil change, had a coupon went from about 100 to 700 with a battery, in cabin and air filters. I'm done with dealerships, unless warrenty work is needed.
