It was my first time at this dealership. At first it looked small and a little tight for my Nissan Titan, but the service was great. Representative was quick, polite and informative. Oil change was done in a reasonable amount of time. All additional services were explainedto me. Definitelywill be back. Lena
I recently got an oil change at Lee Johnson Nissan in Kirkland. No complaints there. But the multi-point inspection resulted in a recommendation to replace both rear shocks as they are both leaking ($830+fees and tax). I took the car to a highly rated shop for confirmation and estimate. Turns out there are no leaks whatsoever, with pictures to prove it! I won't be back.
Great experience with this service place. The best I've had from a dealership. Arturo is very friendly and efficient to deal with.
