Always good experience , nice s d clean parking lot open for dropping off vehicles especially for us towing vehicles all the times , this is one of the location that we love as it’s super easy
June 2025- I have tried almost every Nissan service center in the Valley and this location by far is the best. The friendliest service and no feel of them trying to push anything or out for your money. They may take a bit to get vehicles looked at but then I don’t know how many techs showed up that day and they can only work so fast. I do wish they updated people more than through the link as we sat there for 3 hours thinking work was getting done when they only looked at our car.
Quick and easy, know what parts and cost needing repair. Now I can schedule everything fixed at one time.
The service team at Coulter Nissan is amazing! They are all so nice to work with, get things done in a timely manner, and explain what I need and why. I would recommend them to anyone!
