By far one of the best and most professional service centers in my experience in more than 8 states. I can in at 7 am on a Saturday that was scheduled on a Friday night and was greeted fast and proper by Phillip Rice. He assured me that I'd be taken care of, and my coupon was going to be honored. This is usually my favorite place. This was just a call to ask for help with an icon that appeared after I started the car. It started like it was a dying battery but the icon was a red car with a key light. The service agent would not help me And said I had to bring it in. I read the manual and it was my key fob. Low power. I changed to a different key fob and everything was okay. The service agent should have know the description of the icon. He would not help.
