Waited in my truck for ten mins i had an appointment for oil change, workers passed me by and nothing. So I left.
I had a terrible experience at Gunn Nissan Service Center. After picking up my car, I noticed a loud noise and discovered they hadn’t screwed back a screw properly. When I called the mechanic, he denied responsibility, even though he was the only one who worked on my car. They also always claim they need to keep cars for 4 hours to half a day, yet still manage to mess things up. Great service and staff!
The past few times I've had to take my cars there, I've had to take them back because of "bad parts" they replaced. Customer service from reps is great, but mechanics apparently don't take their time to cross their Ts and dot their I's.
Worst service and zero accountability for their mistakes. Came in with a bad battery in july. Waited 3 hrs for a new one and then 3 month later im back. My truck wouldnt start with my 6 and 13 yr old girls with this texas weather. They didnt replace it last time, just charged it. Came the next morning and manager (who i dealt with last time) never said sorry or anything. Now its been 2 hours and im still here. The first hour was just them testing it according to them.
