I can not express enough how amazing this dealership is. They are endlessly patient and will listen to what you actually need and not upset you (too much). Everyone there seems to know how to do their job and they all weirdly seem to like each other. Highly recommend if you are in the area and looking to upgrade your ride.

It’s become very obvious that Nissan is a failing company, and therefore puts zero emphasis on their service. Having to drop off your car with a six hour window for an oil change is insane. There is no longer a shuttle to take you down the street, Loaners are Expensive and rare. I’ve been a cole Nissan customer for 15 years. I will be looking elsewhere for my servicing And for my next vehicle.

I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation 2 days ago and now my tire, that is a few months old, won’t hold air. I bring it back today and 45 minutes later they want to charge me $200 for a valve stem leak. “There is absolutely no way a tire rotation could cause a valve stem leak.” This place is a joke. They don’t inspect your vehicle when they do a “multipoint inspection” and try to tell you service is due when they literally just did that exact job 1 month ago.
