After picking up the car, I checked the lower hose which was replaced. The small hose clamp (to a different hose) that I pointed out to the Service manager, which had caused the wear on the lower hose, had not been rotated per my request. Hence it would have caused further damage. I rotated it myself after arriving home and finding it against the new lower hose. Also upon arriving home I checked the radiator and reservoir.
