Duane in the service department was outstanding. He checked us in promptly and explained everything that was going to take place. After the vehicle was finished, Duane walked us through what took place. Dick Hannah should be proud of Duane’s work ethic and dedication to his job.
Duane did a wonderful job of giving me options, explaining the benefits and costs, and helping me make the best decision for my budget.
This service experience was very good. The car went into the service area as scheduled. There was no wait time before they took the car. The service was completed with speed and efficiency. I was thrilled the Leaf was returned working and communicating with the app again.
