First visit to the Service Center at Dick Hannah Nissan in Gladstone. Steve (name?) greeted us with a friendly, cheerful attitude, showed us where to go, and vaccumed my 2006 Nissan XTerra to get us started. Scott and crew did a fantastic job servicing my XTerra: new cats, front brakes, and multipoint inspection to keep this classic Nissan XTerra on the road for many more miles. Was in and out within an hour. Had to have horn replaced under warranty.
Had my Moms car serviced. Quick and efficient. Max got me right in and kept me updated. He gave me a free car wash! Thanks Max for the great service
Today, I went in on 8-23-2025, for fluid services. I drop off my car, the two workers that helped me today are amazing and have great customer service, with professionalism.
