I took my car because I needed documentation for my insurance, as the engine and battery warning lights had turned on. I clearly explained the situation from the beginning, but the service was very poor. I was told it would be ready by Thursday and that I would receive a call, which never happened. Do not ever use the service center. Their prices are more than twice as much as what you would pay in an independent service shop. I went in there with a low tire pressure among other things. When they gave me the car back the tire pressure monitor on that tire was no longer functioning. They tried to explain to me that despite the fact that it was working when I went in there and not working when they gave the car back to me that I would have to pay close to $400 to replace the tire pressure monitor. I never even got my oil changed!!! I had a 10 o’clock appointment, at 11 they tell me it’s gonna be another hour at least! I took my keys and left!!! My time is valuable! I NEVER had a problem when it was Suburban! I won’t be going back!
Horrible. You can't get the people at the service center to talk to you. You keep getting mia the Automated service response.
