Horrible. You can't get the people at the service center to talk to you. You keep getting mia the Automated service response.
Got the much needed oil change but was kind of nonplussed to learn that the new owners won't honor the service package sold to my dad from the previous owners. My rogue is due for a bunch of tuneups and repairs but all we ended up getting was an oil change. My dad is unhappy with them; I'm ambivalent. Once I get title of the rogue in a few years, I'm contemplating trading it in for a portion of the value of a 2025 Jeep Gladiator EV. I hope sales gets in touch, soon!
I have leased over 6 different cars from this place over the years. (Suburban and Lafontaine) Jermaine is a fantastic salesman and the service department is knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for your next car!
