I waited 5 hours for a simple oil change
I had an appointment scheduled at 7:30 AM, and I dropped off my vehicle the previous evening, trusting the agent who assured me he would take care of the keys and send an update once the service began. However, I never received any communication regarding the progress or even the start of the service. After waiting and having to call them myself, they asked me where the keys to my vehicle were.
