I recently had a disappointing experience with Nissan service, 7 Rickerby St Phillip We purchased a near-new vehicle with only 24,000 km on it and received a recall notification, so I booked the car in for inspection. When I arrived, I was advised that the vehicle was also due for a routine service (every 15,000 km), which I agreed to. However, the issue is that no one informed me of the cost before proceeding. Very bad experience, they ruined the transmission of my car after service and when i went and ask them to fix it. They said they did not do that.
