Great servicie. But when you purchase a car in any agency please don't add any protection service additional to your vehicle., you never use that and it is a waste of money. Just buy your car and save money for upgrades by your self.

First, the good. My oil change was a walk-in, and I did not have an appointment. Not only my car got serviced, it was done withon reasonable time. Unfortunately, the techs did not turn off the dashboard maintenance message about oil change and tire rotation. I have only noticed it back home. Another new and unpleasant experience, there were food grease stains on the top of dashboard, as if someone had unwrapped their lunch and smeared the surface.
I took my vehicle to Nissan Farmington Service department on March 7, 2025, because the brakes were making some noise. At two different times I was told and shown a Video that the brakes on my Nissan Rogue were fine and that they didn't need replacing for another 10,000 miles by Robert the Service Rep.
