First, the good. My oil change was a walk-in, and I did not have an appointment. Not only my car got serviced, it was done withon reasonable time. Unfortunately, the techs did not turn off the dashboard maintenance message about oil change and tire rotation. I have only noticed it back home. Another new and unpleasant experience, there were food grease stains on the top of dashboard, as if someone had unwrapped their lunch and smeared the surface.
I took my vehicle to Nissan Farmington Service department on March 7, 2025, because the brakes were making some noise. At two different times I was told and shown a Video that the brakes on my Nissan Rogue were fine and that they didn't need replacing for another 10,000 miles by Robert the Service Rep. A month later I took it in for a oil change and tire rotation; it was the close to closing time, and when I drove off it was making a unfamiliar sound.
