Great pizza. I mean like, the kind that makes your mouth fall clean out of your face. I'm talking wonderful pizza. I could eat like, wait a minute. What was that? Oh this is Nissan Service? Oh well that's very different. They're just as good as the pizza. They keep you informed by calling you about your car, they easily gave me a rental, everyone was kind and courteous and it was a very clean place to sit and wait. I was really impressed by the Customer Service! Took Care of Me and made my trip to the Shop smooth and was able to get to the bottom of the Leaking problem and had to reschedule me for the next week to fix it.
I had my problem previously diagnosed from a mechanic but was looking to see if it would be covered under my Nissan service contract. I did not need a second diagnosis, except to see if it would be covered. It was not covered under my contract and Nissan still charged me a $155 diagnostic fee, for something I already knew.
