I was really impressed by the Customer Service! Took Care of Me and made my trip to the Shop smooth and was able to get to the bottom of the Leaking problem and had to reschedule me for the next week to fix it.
I had my problem previously diagnosed from a mechanic but was looking to see if it would be covered under my Nissan service contract. I did not need a second diagnosis, except to see if it would be covered. It was not covered under my contract and Nissan still charged me a $155 diagnostic fee, for something I already knew.
