Mentor Nissan is one of my preferred dealership. The staff is friendly and very easy to talk to about any issues
I had my car towed there because I thought it was my transmission. They put it on a computer and said that my transmission was fine. It cost me almost $200 for that. And I never got a copy of it. But did say that we had a leak in our oil pen? But did not know where the oil PAN was leaking at but they needed to change it. $700 for that. Also said that my the battery was at 2%, because they had jump it, which I've never had a problem with that. So that was $250. By the time I left there, it was $1251.
