I purchased my vehicle on April 29 from a private seller, not from the Nissan dealership. Approximately two weeks later, I discovered that the floorboard and floor mat behind the passenger seat were completely soaked, as well as in front of the passenger seat itself, but not as much. Despite several friends and family members advising me against taking the vehicle to the Nissan dealership, I decided to trust them to diagnose my car. The Service Advisors are excellent. They work as a team so that there is no miscommunication if one has to leave for lunch or another pressing issue. I worked with Cody and Josh. Cody had to go to lunch during the time that my vehicle was in the shop. He passed the information on to Josh and I remained informed. No break in communication and that's the way it should always be done!

Pesimo servicio pague 1180 dollar por un dianostico mal mele cambiaron partes que no eran nunca solucionaron el problema y medijeron que era la cadena del tiempo me cobraban 8500 dollar por arreglarlo cuando eso no era el problema no lo recomiendo para nada
