I took my car in to get locking lug nuts off. They put other ones. I had to go back twice to get them off. They tried to tell me my mechanic didn't know what he was doing. No, they put on lugnuts that they had a hard time getting off them selves. Will not go there again 👎
Hard to reach directly(no answer). Messages aren't returned either. Not helpful when an emergency arises. I regret buying from this dealership.
Alan Webb Nissan is not a place I would recommend. In fact, I would recommend that you stay away from this place. I took my car in for a simple transmission flush, and within 50 miles after getting it back, it broke down. Because this is a Nissan CVT transmission, there's probably a 50% chance it had a preexisting issue that was exacerbated by the fluid exchange - but I don't know.
