Their manager is a liar, and they cheat people. They won't admit to their wrong and fix the situation. Instead, they cover it up. Their techs are liars, too, overcharging people. When I mentioned it, he said, "Oh yes, they "accidentally " overcharged you 120.00. How do you accidentally overcharge 120.00. They knew when I picked up my car that I had to drive 1209 miles and then drive the same back because we are moving to the area.
