As an existing client from their Vaden Nissan days & a current customer of the rebranded Vaden Hyundai I have to say how disappointed I am at the new pricing and policies. Absolutely terrible!!! Kept my car for a week and want to charge me 241 dollars for running a code scan to tell me what I already knew. Didn’t fix the problem at all. Zerooo stars!
Zero stars was not an option so they get one! We had an appointment scheduled to have the AC looked at because it was not working. My fiancé took the day off of work to take the car in for the appointment. At the check in, the attendant advised her that they were not going to be able to keep the appointment and she would need to try to book an appointment for another time.
