IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!! Took my car to get a routine oil change. The technician comes out and tells me I’m unable to take my car home until Tuesday (it’s a Saturday) because my oil pan was broken and it would cost me $794 to repair. This dealership placed the blame on another dealership claiming they broke it. However, my car leaked zero oil, and I’d never had this issue with anyone prior. The customer service is amazing today! Simple oil change & tire rotation. Clifton explained everything & assured us my SUV is in great condition.
Allowed me to make a service appointment for my electric vehicle, drive an hour to the dealership, only to tell me when I got there that they couldn’t work on electric cars. Very disappointed.
