Terrible service department - non service is more like it
I had an issue with my vehicle that was not fixed by the previous place I took it to (PB). I brought it to Patriot Nissan to have it looked at. Paul Hickey was friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. After inspection, he called me back, explained what was wrong and explained to me what would be done. I told him I had purchased an extended warranty, and told me he'd take care of it. That kind of service is rarely found anymore, and Paul is a Superstar! The issue was fixed, and they even washed and vacuumed my vehicle!!!!... read more
The service department here is bright and clean. Staff is polite and professional. NH State Inspection Stickers are $50.
