Just bought a used vehicle from the dealership and the battery went on me after the 30 day and they still had me covered for no charge these guys truly like to keep a positive business relationship with their customer base and they show it consistently won't get my cars serviced anywhere else
Terrible service department - non service is more like it
I had an issue with my vehicle that was not fixed by the previous place I took it to (PB). I brought it to Patriot Nissan to have it looked at. Paul Hickey was friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. After inspection, he called me back, explained what was wrong and explained to me what would be done. I told him I had purchased an extended warranty, and told me he'd take care of it. That kind of service is rarely found anymore, and Paul is a Superstar!
