I was looking to purchase a vehicle and towards the end of the process, the sales manager was very rude and seemed unappreciative of my business. He never even introduced himself. It was very direct and upsetting like I did something wrong. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. Also the little trick when they ask you to write down your buy today price and sign. It is a joke… instead of saying we’re not able to do that they will run you through a whole bunch of hoops.
