I called this business seeking assistance with either repairing or replacing my key fob for my car. The lady who answered was kind and courteous. She transferred me to the parts department where I encountered one of the most illogically rude persons I’ve ever encountered. I asked if I could be assisted with my issue and he said “I don’t now that you mean by assist.”. I was legitimately confused.
