First of all, the communication from the service department at Myers Kanata Nissan was terrible. We got different stories from different service reps, and then we were dealing directly with the manager. The automated AI call receptionist is terrible. It kept directing our calls to John's voicemail, despite clearly asking for Sam, the service manager.
