I had an extremely disappointing experience dealing with Haris at Nissan. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional, dismissive, and felt incredibly misleading. Communication was poor, information kept changing, and I constantly felt like I was being talked around instead of being given clear, honest answers. I would strongly recommend being cautious if you’re considering working with Haris. There are plenty of dealerships and salespeople who actually value their customers…this was not one of them
Amazing experience
Rob and the team are truly exceptional. I encountered an emergency with my new Rogue, but the service department was fully booked for the next two weeks. I sent an email to the service department at 11 PM, and Rob called me at 8 AM. He managed to schedule me for 11 AM on the SAME DAY. All issues were addressed, and I collected my Rogue at 3 PM. Very professional. I highly recommend their services!
