I came in for a routine oil change & a state inspection for my 2025 Kicks. I dropped my car off at approximately 8:30-8:45 AM, & was told my car would be done by 1. I called at 1, someone answered the phone, & then I was hung up on. I called again, no answer. I then called at 2:30PM, was left on hold then was hung up again. 2026 Nissan Pathfinder SL 4WD with 4,000 miles. Warranty claim/repair for 3 year/36,000 miles - covered! I was experiencing an issue where the front left wheel of the vehicle would make a clunking/clenching noise when the wheel was turned sharp left or right. I dropped off the vehicle on Friday September 25, 2026 and provided a detailed description/instruction on how to re-create the issue. Had a great experience when I took my car with issue with the key. Service consultant Angel did his best to take care of the issues in the vehicle. Highly recommend Westbury Nissan service center and the kudos to the team.
Peter, Peter, pick up your phone. I have been trying to call you about settling a warranty claim on my vehicle which your service center employee has denied forcing me to pay a diagnostic fee. Why are you dodging my calls? Your service center sucks, the service advisors have nasty attitudes. Is this what people should expect of Nissan Westbury? If you don't answer I am taking your franchise to small claims.
