Honestly didnt want to have to do this, but I have to. A year ago when my car's aftermarket warranty was active, I had my rear camera "fixed" TWICE. After I left the second time, it still was not fixed but my warranty was about to expire. They moved around wiring and thought that fixed it. Then they replaced the wires, cameras, and sensors and thought that fixed it. Still not fixed. A year later the problem hasnt gotten any better, but in fact worse. Updated: I incurred additional transportation expenses without my vehicle. On Monday, 7/6, Nissan returned my vehicle to me at work, due to no pick up availability in the late afternoon. I was appreciative. I reviewed my dashboard camera to check the estimate time of service completion. Service was completed by 1pm, my vehicle was parked on their lot by 1:15pm. After some issues with my car, I spoke with the manager Jesse and he resolved everything with a professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommend this place.
