Expensive transmission oil change over 500 and don’t service both filters on it plus, when I told them rate was 300-350 they said that was it. Ps. $500 lol
The service department in Visalia has increasingly gone down hill. I have been a loyal customer here for almost 2 years and have always had Brandon or Martel. Both of them have been extremely professional and easy to communicate with. They are the only reason this review has 2 stars not one. On the other hand I had a horrible interaction with Heriberto and the service manager who was in his office. They were unable to accommodate and had poor communication. Good service on a recall issue
I puchased my Murano with an extended warranty and it was almost expired when power steering went out. Martel and the service techs took care of the problem and did a full inspection on my car for any other repairs that would be covered and front end needed repairs to he saved my over $7000. i am so grateful. THANK YOU. PL
I am very pleased with Nissan of Visalia they have great people an example of one of them is Martel Rivera I called and asked for help regarding my vehicle which was not turning on he explained it was the battery gave me the right info I needed and helped me get a new battery in no time!
