The service advisor is new and you can tell. He was making things up and did not know how to explain the needed services correctly. But the follow person , Jackie , was very helpful.

Highly recommend Nick B. at Vacaville Nissan. Our go-to for all of our vehicle repairs. Nick always goes above and beyond. You can see that he works hard to get the repairs done as timely as physically possible, and correctly the first time. We can see that he really cares about us as customers, and has been upfront with us about whether or not a repair is necessary especially when safety is a concern. Will Not Honor Factory Warranties! Beware of this dealership! They sold me a vehicle with a voided warranty due to after market parts that were not disclosed to me prior to purchase. Now they are denying a fully covered repair and trying to charge me $3500. The truck still has 40k miles on warranty!! I've tried calling the GM and Sales Manager and nobody will return my calls or answer my questions truthfully. Very disappointed with this experience and this dealership.
