Awesome customer service by Nick and the tech in the service department! Got a complete rundown of the condition of my used Altima that included a video and photos.
The service advisor is new and you can tell. He was making things up and did not know how to explain the needed services correctly. But the follow person , Jackie , was very helpful. My next service was not to bad. I had the front differential serviced and it was done correctly. I mentioned that my airbag light comes on intermittently and showed a video of it on. They stated that during a previous service they test the light and to let them know when it came on on again. I just did and now a safety issue was ignored.
Excellent experience bringing my truck in for its first service and warranty concerns. They were fast and professional and couldn't be happier
