I planned an appointment for routine maintenance, spark plug replacement (105K mile recommendation), and completion of a recall. I told them I would be waiting for my car in advance. I showed up at 9:15am, and was not handed back my keys until 4:15pm. My car is now "whining" with worsening on turning the steering wheel, concerning for incomplete or faulty process, with the engine cover missing equipment for complete closure. I filled out credit application so I would know if I should even come! I was told I was good to come on that I could get nothing down 90 days no payment life time warranty! So I drive an hour to get told I need 500 down an co signer! They turned down every co signer I could use I even agreed to 300 down!
