Unhappy with my service experience on Saturday 11/8/2025. Brought my car in for just an oil change but after they had it all day(dropped my car off at 11am), was told that I needed a whole list of things. Per their recommendation I decided to go with the most important repair, replacing the drive belt even though I felt pressured by my service advisor, Seif. I was treated with compassion and respect. I have an old car needing several repairs. The shocks needed replacement. Jeff was so helpful, telling me what to expect in terms of time and expense. I really appreciated that. Work was done professionally and efficiently. I would recommend this service department.
A big shoutout to Jeff and Onofre! I confuse them a little bit when I come in because they look the same and have the same great customer service. I did my tires here with there 3 for 1 special and super thankful I did. Had to road-trip to a different state and thankfully my old car made it with the new tires. Thank you Nissan service you guys are amazing.
