I bought a brand new 2023 (1st owner) Nissan Pathfinder. It started to leak from the sunroof, I took it to their service to fix the leak, the headliner, and passenger seat due to water damage. They crashed my car while in service and didn’t notify me and changed my grill. They never fixed the leak or seats and the light on the headliner is hanging. They had my car back and forth from May-December 2025 faking like they were fixing it, I feel like they may have been taking parts off. My car was worse after taking it to them

Cashiers are polite but the person behind in the small office not very helpful and very rude.. ordered parts with him twice he gave the incorrect parts which I find it hard to do since they use vin to get the correct parts for the vehicle I go back to return and gets mad saying I dont understand , where do I need to understand that I have to return the incorrect items and get the correct items that I paid for, not my first time ordering from dealers.Cancelled last item that I was still waiting for and went to the Nissan in Q... read more

Oil change took over an hour. Even with an appointment they'll have you wait for a long period of time as if they're repairing something when they're not.

They crashed my car and didn’t notify me and had to change my grill,the light on the headliner is hanging and the seat is still the same and the leak was never fixed! They had my car back in fourth from May-December fake fixing it, I feel like they may have been taking parts off.
