I brought a brand new 1st owner Nissan Pathfinder that started to leak from the sunroof. They were supposed to fix the leak, the headliner, and passenger seat due to water damage. They crashed my car and didn’t notify me and had to change my grill,the light on the headliner is hanging and the seat is still the same and the leak was never fixed! They had my car back in fourth from May-December fake fixing it, I feel like they may have been taking parts off.
MY VEHICLE HAVE NOT BEEN THE SAME! BEWARE!!!!
I had a wonderful experience at Nissan of the Bronx. My service advisor was Rob Castro and he was very thorough, communicative, knowledgeable and kind. The parts for my car were ordered quickly and the work done well. I will definitely be coming back for future service! Ask for Rob when booking at this location. I was referred to him and am so glad I was.
