I brought my car in for service. The service staff said they can fix my car. Then 2 hours before they close, they call me and say unfortunately they don't have the tools to fix my car. I never heard of a dealership service dept. that doesn't have the tools to work on all nissan vehicles. Very poor service. A waste of time and money. They should have disclosed this information before. A 1 star is to much to give for this review. Service "0" Stars. Customer Service "0" Stars. In my opinion!
Very friendly crew super clean and fast
Never finds the problem with my car and always says it’s fine even though it clearly has issues.
I brought my NV2500 in this morning for a recall service. Amanda Matthew, the service advisor, was professional, helpful, and made the check-in process quick and easy. The technician promptly completed the steering airbag replacement, and I was back on the road in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I truly appreciate that this dealership was able to complete the recall repair after two other dealerships were unable to assist me.
