0/10 would not recommend this Nissan at all. Pedro Soto Martinez provided terrible customer service. I was told I did not have a warranty, which I in fact do have a warranty and was made to pay a diagnostic fee that should have been free due to my warranty, but my warranty was overlooked by Pedro. The real problem and disbelieve came when I picked up my vehicle after leaving it at Nissan for 8 hours, AND THE SERVICES I PAID FOR WERE NOT DONE. Misleading advertising practices.
poor service.
I have to rebuttal on them. Check your stuff!!! The service is a bit janky. I went for an oil change and tire rotation with coupon they tried to charge for other things that weren't even done on my vehicle. Plus, they took three hours and were not busy. Most of all, there was no tire rotation done 😱🤬 I marked my tires. So please check your stuff before you leave 😀 👍🏼 3 stars for the drink machine in the waiting room.
