Definitely a better experience than I expected. Everyone was super helpful especially Josiah who explained everything thoroughly and made this so much better.
I brought my car over to Nissan to get it serviced and they gave me a voucher for a car wash. Because of the 4th of July holiday and three straight days of rain, I never ended up using it. I called them before it expired on the 6th to see if it could be renewed. At first, the communication was a bit up and down and I was having a hard time getting a solid callback regarding the voucher and a question about my remaining balance. Made an appointment, but it didn't matter, the place was ridiculously busy. Dropped off my car for scheduled maintenance and a state inspection. Finally able to pick it up after it being there all day and they never even did the state inspection! Avoid going here if you can. While the quality of their work is fine, they take forever to do it, assuming they even do what you brought you car in for.
Mo and Delando exceptional workers. They are my go to whenever I visit. Great team
