I've never seen such a circus of horses and impudence. So, I went there in a new car to have my alignment checked. I needed to change the headlights under warranty. They took the car and said it would take a couple of hours. But instead of servicing it, they simply drove me out into the street and parked me near the trash bins. I saw it all. I recently brought my car to the Nissan of Staten Island Service Department and had a great experience. The team was professional, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what was needed, didn’t push unnecessary work, and completed everything on schedule. My mother brought her car in yesterday for a tire pressure light, upon checking the pressure was at 17 PSI (this is significantly lower than the recommended 32 PSI), which would indicate that there is a slow leak. They filled the tire with air and "checked" for damage without even pulling the tire off the car. They said there was no issue and sent her on her way.
