I visited Nissan of SI service center on August 12th to get a trans/coolant flush and I was assigned service advisor Mohamed Maylou . I had a previous price for what I was quoted for and I asked if it could be honored. Mo was honest, patient, knowledgeable and treated me with care through the entire process. This builds trust with the customer and some businesses don’t understand that. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I hope that I am able to work with him in the foreseeable future. Mo you’re the BEST.
Before I made an appointment, I called to make an appointment about my check engine light being on. I just wanted to see what the problem was before making an appointment and being charged too much. The woman said I had to make an appointment to run another diagnostic to check what’s wrong with the car, okay fine. So I make the appointment.
