UPDATE: Came back recently because there was an open recall on my second vehicle. Process was much smoother this time with much better communication about how long the service would take and when I could expect my car back. Made an appointment, but it didn't matter, the place was ridiculously busy. Dropped off my car for scheduled maintenance and a state inspection. Waited seven hours to get my car diagnosed after my check engine light came on, and then they refused to fix it on the warranty and charge me over $500 to fix it because they said that they’re part of the pipe was chipped and it must be from impact while this was deep in the car and it wasn’t able to get hit while the out of the car wasn’t perfect shape!
Extremely disappointed. I spent over $2,000 here in less than a month, only to leave with the exact same issues. First, a $500+ transmission flush left my car completely undrivable immediately after picking it up. When fixed under warranty, they refused a cash refund and forced me to take store credit. A week later my car was still having a problem. I took it back in for diagnostic and they charged $1,300+ for A/C repairs that didn't fix the underlying issue.
