You know I’ve really tried with this service department! Made an appt for a RECALL took a day off work unpaid and guess what all I could have was an oil change. Called and called finally scheduled an appt with a loaner because I can not take off work- guess what told two days before no loaner will be available explained my car isn’t starting properly and told it could be the recall- got a text about missing my appt no I was told not to come again expressed my frustration! Did have a appointment at 10:30 called running late 15 min it was decal issue and seat belt sensor 2025 Altima Then I called and waited on hold for 27 min To let them know I'm on my way just running late 15 When I walked in staff said I have to wait till 5 to pick up the car was only 1.5 hrs to do the job With in 15 min late they said my run to 5 pm I asked for mgr young lady sai possible yes I don't get it you run late 15 and now you 6 hrs to service the Cari don't recommend this dealer
