The worse service dept at a Nissan dealership I ever dealt with , they lost my Repair work order as soon I came to pick up car , very poor communication, all they were interested in was trying to charge me a hefty price to diagnose my car , when all I came in was to do 4 recalls , terrible customer service , than they call me back to pick up my registration they forgot to give me at time I picked up my car , than says it was a mistake they thought I was somebody else , than they switch my plate frame without my consent , the... read more

Way overpriced, given wrong info on warranty they also will come up with any excuse not to honor their warranty I paid $200 for a diagnostic and they told me I had to hit something thank God I had video evidence showing I did not so they changed their mind and came up with something else that would void the warranty. Extremely Shady dealings and corruptive practices

I had a major issue with my vehicle — the transfer case, control arm, and transmission all needed to be replaced. Luckily, the car was still under an extended warranty. Unfortunately, the warranty company was incredibly difficult to work with and delayed the process. That’s where Somiah, my service representative, truly shined. Hi, two weeks before I bought my car for transmission and they kept the vehicle after 3 days I took my car back and then I have recognized the roof is leaking, but before one they coverd from my nissan 5 year warranty.meter said 47500 miles, still very low mileage for transmission. But I bring to them my vehicle with no roof leaking and they ask from me to fix this $1200, very disappointed about nissan of staten island, check the reviews this place is too bad with reviews, I never buy again nissan because they don't take car... read more
