Took the day off from work to get my new truck with less than 14k on it to have it looked at because it was making loud squealing noises every time I turned the wheel. My appointment was at 7:30am. I figured I'd be out of there around 10 am if they didn't find anything. Well, they told me it wouldn't even be until 12 if I was lucky. Malik was great! Super professional, very reasonable and a very personable guy! He went back and forth several times with me to arrive at a deal I was happy with.
