Great experience. Bought my vehicle.no problems- We bought a second vehicle there today & another good experience
Zero stars if I could. I’ve been here to get my car serviced twice and it seems that both times they’ve mixed up my car with someone else’s. They’ve reported the incorrect mileage on my paperwork and recommended services that my car wasn’t due for, totaling thousands of dollars. I got a second opinion and saved myself lots of money and time. Please beware.
****Update on Aug 19: I was contacted by Mandy at OP Nissan about the issue posted. She seemed very concerned about the incident and wanted an opportunity to not only make it right but to also look into what actually happened. I was impressed by this because most companies will just say that they’re sorry and move on. For now, I’m going to bump up the rating and follow up again on my next few oil changes. Went looking for a car for our daughter. David has sold multiple vehicles to my mom, brother, and nephew. He treated us just like family and was patient, attentive, and overall amazing with us and listened to my daughter’s requests for her first car. Jay in finance was also absolutely amazing working with us and getting the best deal possible.
