There so called service department is the worst I’ve ever seen. From day one that ALM took over , it’s been nothing but excuses and poor service. I don’t believe they could get it right if they tried.

Poor service and Poor accountability. Long story short, my engine light came on and I dropped my car off for diagnostic service. After their standard 48hr turnaround I received a list of issues. I asked the advisor does the cost of the diagnostic get absorbed by work done. He said, yes. We agreed on what I wanted fixed according to the recommended list. My car was with the dealership for 10 days, and my car received a diagnostic and a power steering flush. $450 later, I was charged for both services. Here is the educational ... read more
