Picked up a pre owned certified pathfinder. They knowingly sold us a vehicle with a bad motor, the engine made weird noises upon acceleration but we assumed it was fine because they did their inspection. Boy was I wrong - issue after issue until we finally got the news that the oil had water in it and the most surprising part about the deal is they didn’t include a warranty!!!!! No one answers. No one returns calls. You go there and they closed early and no one knows why. It’s not BAD customer service, it’s worse. It’s customer NON service.
