I went to have my oil change. And Caroline was my service representative. She always takes care of me. In fact, we made the appointment 6 months changing the oil and rotating the tires. They found that the oil PAN was cracked. She came and let me know also that it's covered. She had one in stock but apologized because it was gonna take a little longer than usual once again. My recent experience — along with all of my past visits — at the newly owned and now Champion Nissan New Braunfels has always been pleasant. I stopped in on New Year’s Eve for an oil change, and this particular visit truly exceeded my expectations. My service advisor, Ben, is consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and I always appreciate his professionalism.
