In 2024, I referred my best friend to this dealership after being promised a 55-inch TV incentive and a $400 referral fee if she purchased a brand new vehicle — which she did. I recently had my vehicle serviced at Nissan Nanaimo and can’t say enough about the experience. Jamie went above and beyond for me—even though her shift had ended, she was kind enough to stay and make sure I was completely taken care of. I also want to extend a huge thanks to the Service Manager for running such a helpful and customer-focused team. Truly an impressive level of service all around!
One star review for the Nanaimo and Duncan Nissan Dealerships. I believe both dealerships are owned by the same person. My experience was extremely negative. I made formal complaints to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Vehicle Sales Authority of BC (VSA) with no resolution. Buyer beware dealing with either of these two dealerships. Ironically, I have had very positive experiences in the past dealing with other Nissan dealerships but my warning to consumers…AVOID dealing with Nanaimo Nissan and Duncan Nissan.

Just bought a new vehicle from Nissan of Nanaimo. Traded our old one in for a fair price. Alen was great, easy to talk to, dealt with all my questions and no high pressure environment. Very happy with our purchase.
