We bought a 2018 Nissan Rouge, the warranty was up in 2023. We just reached 100,000 kms and now the transmission is going, we had it in and it will be $11 thousand to fix it, and they won’t help us at all. We also have free oil changes for as long as we own the car, but now they won’t honor that. We are not very happy with them.
I had a terrible experience with this company. Justin the manager and Kyle. Ripped me off over 15,000$ they said they were waving luxury tax for that amount if I traded in my ford ranger I did not want to trade in!! It had never in an accident, new motor , new clutch, a lift, new tires 5 speed. They lied !!! took my truck I got 1$ for it and charged me the 15,000$ luxury tax. Stay away from theses thieves!!! I won’t even go here for my free oil changes. Losers!!!! I hope karma catches up with them.
