Last month I purchased a used vehicle from Nissan of Mt. Kisco. I left with a few promises and IOUs that haven't been kept. I've tried repeatedly to contact the dealer to get my issues resolved, but they either don't answer the phone or don't return my call. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality service. They are independently owned and operated separately from Nissan USA and, therefore, don't hold themselves to high standards. Mt.Kisco has been one of the most professional and pleasant places to do business with. The staff was very honest and made me feel comfortable in my purchase of a new 2015 Nissan Sentra. You guys are the best!!
