had a great experience-was very nervous as car problems are very stressful and expensive (I am 70 and on a fixed income). bought my 2013 nissan murano from this dealership and have had some fairly minor repairs over the years fixed here so I knew they did quality work, over the weekend had problems with key fob and car not starting every time. afraid I was going to get stranded somewhere. spoke to a very nice young man named Nolan in service department and he set me up an appointment. I had taken my truck to get an oil change. While there I recieved a call from work of an emergancy and needed to leave as fast as possible. Nolen stepped in and helped me in every way possible he even went so far as to when the credit card machine started malfunctioning let me leave and when they got it working called me for payment. This was at like 4pm I had to be on lication thanks to that young man I arrived to the sight at 5:03pm. The extra steps he took helped me out tremendously. They sold me a damaged car, they don't want to help me solve the problem, I was deceived with a vehicle that they claimed to be working well when in reality it is defective I do not recommend them this dealer

I had the worse experience towards fixing my vehicle in Odessa Texas .. There’s a guy named Rivera Morales R and He is the worst person towards communication. He told me my vehicle was gonna be done in a few days which I respect that time manner towards fixing vehicles.. I would call and text him and no response and it got to the point that I had to go to the store and see what was going on.
