Ben was great. Very detailed & kept me informed during my visit. Went in for a recall service & oil change. I was very satisfied with my service. He made my visit a very pleasant one.
Everything was excellent. If you go to the service department at Nissan of McKinney, be sure to ask for Ben Shute. He is helpful, polite, and professional.

Disappointed in the service techs and advisors to thoroughly diagnosis an issue identified with the vehicle. I appreciate not getting charged for a diagnostic fee but it would have been better if they had checked for the issue I reported. Speedometer was off by 2 miles. The based normal off set by confirming all tires were of the same size and included a comment indicating Nissan bumps up their speeds to meet government standards. This is normal.
