Was able to change my tires last minute and it was also at a great price also shout to Moreno for the help
The trunk door latch was not working and it is under warranty it is 2026 rouge. We had a rear windshield broke a month back and latch was working fine until now. Nissan McKinney said because the brok n glass made the latch not to work and they want a 1000 dollars since warranty won’t cover. Don’t understand a glass pice bike an iron latch? Insane they atty to squeeze the customer for money. Horrible place don’t go there service people won’t make any sense all they want is money, I think they too work on commission like sales... read more

Updated: talk to thomas the Service manager. The service plan your selling needs aligned correct to the nissan or they need to be informed when buying a car that they dont follow the manual that nissan gives and thier call center needs to have access to the serice plan we bought. Called in to make appointment for the 5000 milage service because my initial appointment is few months back. Told who ever answered the phone that im near 5000. Ask if they have openings for today.
