I had an excellent experience with the Nissan Service Department! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. A special thank-you goes to Cameron, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care .
They serviced the car on time and good job was done in the car, this is why I always still coming back to this dealership
Oil Change and Brake Fluid Change the staff was very polite and friendly as well as professional. They made sure they service my car according to my appointment and my car was ready for pickup at the time that they said it would be ever time that they have service my car. Thank you for the heart
Staff was friendly and attentive. Corporate side however….. my key fob had a service recall. When the key is folded into the fob, the key gets jammed. Instead of replacing the key fob, they superglued a plastic blocker piece into the key fob slot. Now, the key stays in the out position permanently. You cannot fold the key into the slot anymore. Its like keeping an open pocket knife in your pocket. And it took them 45 minutes to do this!!
