I have been taking my truck here to get oil changes and service since I purchased it in 2020. Steven Serna is my fav technician he is always honest, friendly and provides great service.
I scheduled an appointment online to address a radio static issue and for advice on a warranty notice form the manufacturer. When I arrived, I was informed by William that I should not use the online scheduler to schedule appointments and that I need to call instead. William stated that he was going to try and help me out since I came from a neighboring town for service. William was able to locate the parts to handle the warranty issue. Excellent quick service
I had my 1997 Nissan truck towed to Las Cruces Nissan because the truck misfires badly over 3000 rpm. They said it was fixed but it was obvious they did not correctly repair it and did not test drive it. Upon entering the freeway the truck died with exactly the same problem Decided to have the truck towed home since Las Cruces Nissan was useless. What an expensive non repair. Unbelievable!
