The parts and services person was very disingenuous about my purchasing a new part that was in perfect condition and that could have been fixed with other options. There shouldn't have been pressure towards me to purchase a new part, especially as a customer of almost eight years (purchased the vehicle there and have been a valued customer).
Service department is very kind and helpful. I did not have service here but looked up a potential vehicle for purchase, they provided a history of the vehicle for me.
Service was great. Service advisor was prompt and courteous
