I guess my assumption that a Dealership would offer better service, with their certified mechanics, rather than the non-certified drunk mechanic referred by a neighbor, would turn out to be my worst nightmare. Used car sales- Save your time & money. 4 things. 1. I unfortunately was not there at the time of sale but several things about the exchange with my husband and the pre owned salesman “QB” weren’t as honest as my husband thought he was being. I know how the games work and tried to relay to my husband exact questions to ask to make sure honesty was a priority. To whom it may concern (preferable someone who has dignity to make wrong/right) I will try and make this long story short enough to keep your attention with the hopes that someone might care enough to help. Our family purchased a brand new (had 20 miles) 2018 Nissan Titan Midnight Edition with 6’ lift and custom tires and wheels in 2019. The sticker price on this vehicle was $47K. I Provide a -5 star rating!!! First, the vehicle I made an appointment online to see...I was told they could not finance it because it was too old. It was like a 2010. I have specific vehicles and price range I was looking for. I was not shown either. I was doing a trade in and had to ask for my keys 5 times! I wanted to leave because as a single woman I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable with about 10 men in the building, not showing me what I was looking for and then not giving me my keys. Check out this Yelp review for Texas 1.0 star rating 22 minutes ago Do not ever buy a car from this organization. From the point of sale to promises of repairs and a maintenance policy - everything was a lie . My daughter was looking for a bigger car to replace her Acura SUV. Unfortunately she was immediately interested in a used Ford Expedition. The sales man advised she could get a better interest rate with a co- signer at which point I became involved. Texas Nissan of Grapevine admitted it was their fault for burning up our car after an oil change. What they didn’t do was make it right afterwards. The owner of the dealership laughed in our face after asking him to please make this right. The owner said he’s a business man and will not lose money on this and tried to sell us a car at full price with no discount. have bought several cars in the past and never had I had such a terrible experience. first of all they didn't even listen to what I wanted and once I took the bait and signed the paperwork for a car I didn't get any paperwork. they said they would mail it. not a single piece of paper stating I had bought this car. you cant get a cheeseburger without getting a receipt but they can do this with a car? once I got some sort of paperwork the mileage said something lower t*** what the car actually has. the car has 20,000 more mile... read more
