Deceptive by Design!!! I made an APPOINTMENT on their website for service. When I arrived, I was told there would be a 2.5 hour wait before they could even start on my car. I reiterated that I made an appointment, and they stated that it doesn't matter. All service is first come, first served. This makes it obvious that the appointment calendar ONLY exists so that people THINK they will be serviced at a specific time. The ONLY purpose of this calendar is to DECEIVE people. Went in for a recall hood latch, computer found 10 items that needed attention. Had to wait on recal part. Finally got it done after a week plus.
