I bought several cars from Ft. Pierce Nissan. When I bought the last one, the experience was horrible, and it continues to be. I have been trying to get my GAP refund for over EIGHT weeks. I spoke with Harold and Philip; both don't return calls as promised. I was promised a call last Friday - NO CALL! I would not recommend this location at all!
**BUYERS BEWARE, FRAUDULENT WARRANTIES SOLD** No one answers the phone from Finance after you call for a record of your warranty contract. I’ve called for hours and they either hang up, direct you to voicemail, or say they’ll call you back when they don’t. Unprofessional scam artists. They also claim their dealership got sold since I purchased my warranty and they can’t “find my contract” yet it is their responsibility to get their contacts’ purchase history and finance information during the buy/sell of the dealership.
