I have to say, I have had some pretty negative experiences with some other dealerships on the whole, however the staff at Nissan in Duncan was amazing!!! JJ was fantastic, he was very intuitive to what I wanted, took the time to really understand. We went over several options, several test drives, I didn't feel pressured into my purchase at all! All of the staff from financing, management to insurance were really just a great bunch of people. I know where I'll be going and sending friends to again! Thank you!!!!

I’ve been a loyal Nissan customer for over ten years, but my recent experience has left me incredibly disappointed. When I purchased my car, I was offered a free oil change — a gesture that made me feel valued as a customer. However, when I went in today to claim it, I was told that the free oil change wasn’t valid unless I spent more money on additional services.
