What an amazing experience. 2.5 hours in and out with a new vehicle. Alex and his staff are amazing and I’m not going anywhere else ever. JJ showed he truly cared and even included my children in all the chatter. McRae was very very quick and concise with her paperwork skills and Jess in insurance got me an even better rate than I was expecting. 10 stars of it could be given
I want to give my sincere thanks to Andy, Eli, McRae and all the great crew at Nissan of Duncan. They treated me with respect and friendliness, they didn’t try to upsell me, they listened to my needs and only showed me trucks that fit those needs ( unlike another dealership that seemed to operate under the principle of ‘close enough, kinda ‘. I’m extremely impressed and highly recommend these great folks. They have my business for life.
Whilel it was not my original intention to buy a new vehicle, it turned out that I went on behalf of a friend's recommendation to the dealership in Duncan and after considering the vehicle that I was driving and all the possibilities and scenarios, it just made sense for me to look to buy a new car.
