Terrible.we started out with Their parent company Fucillo. They were great. However we called on Sunday about their promo oil change service . We usually go elsewhere since we did not have that great of service there the last time. But decided to give another chance. However this lady was rude and hung up on me. By far, the most professional automotive center I have experienced. Easy automated booking, I did it on the automated phone system, got in immediately, and was helped by Magela, who was very nice. In the waiting room you can see your vehicle through a giant window while it is getting worked on. Eli did an incredible job. You even get a video detailing your cars tire width, suspension, and overall condition, under the car, while you are waiting. I am so impressed!

Had a 10 am service appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Arrived early, and after 2 hours I spoke with the service advisor and was told that my car was not yet in the service area. At this time my car was going to be take into the service bay and it would be ready in about an hour. I told them that was unacceptable and asked for my keys. I drove 30 minutes each way and wasted 3 plus hours of my time! I will never come here for service again. This was not my first bad experience with this service department. Decided ... read more
