Their waiting area has WiFi you can work on your laptop, the scheduling was painless and Kevin was great about communicating what repairs and timing of parts was happening
Came in on a whim because I had the Nissan leaf clicking axle problem where the joint needs to be greased or something. They happened to have an opening that day because of a cancellation so I dropped my car off and picked it up in a couple hours and it was all free under the 5 year drivetrain warranty.

I booked an appt online for my Nissan van, with a note in the "notes" section that it was a high top with solar panels and the exact model of the van. I got an email confirming the appt. Then when I showed up they told me that they can't service it.
