Understand that all class A dealers only make money on repairs. My granddaughter went to this dealership because her car was having trouble starting. James Hayes used a STORED code NOT an active code to tell her she needed a new transmission. She is young. He took advantage of her. Nothing is wrong with her transmission. Shame on you James! Any mechanic knows the difference between a stored code and an active code. Tons of codes could have been tripped over the starting issue. It’s disgusting how shady a business can be.
